  • address, city, delivery branch, or parcel locker;
  • order contents, amount, status, and payment method;
  • support requests and materials provided by the customer;
  • technical data, cookies, and similar identifiers.

  • to accept, confirm, process payment for, and deliver an order;
  • to contact you about availability, order contents, returns, or warranty;
  • to meet accounting and other legal obligations;
  • to protect and improve the website;
  • to send marketing only with a proper basis and opt-out option.

4. Payments and data sharing

Where necessary, data may be received by Horoshop and technical contractors, Nova Poshta, the selected payment service (LiqPay, Monobank, or NovaPay), and public authorities where required by law.

Card details are processed by the payment provider on its secure page. The store will never ask you to send full card details in correspondence.

5. Retention and security

We retain data only to fulfil an order, support customers, protect lawful interests, and comply with mandatory record-keeping. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise. Access is limited to people who need the data for work.
