Public Offer

Terms for distance sales by the SFUHUNT online store. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Seller

Sole proprietor Olena Mykolaivna Voitenko, Ukrainian taxpayer number: 2816403120.

Store contact address: 9A Tsentralna Street, Voznesensk, Mykolaiv Region, 56501, Ukraine.

Phones: 096-00-22-411, 093-00-22-410. Email: slingfishing365@gmail.com.

2. Offer and contract

This text is the seller’s public offer to enter into a distance sales contract. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

An order submitted on the website is the customer’s purchase request. The contract is formed after the seller confirms the order by phone, message, email, or another agreed channel.

3. Products, prices, and availability

The product page states the main characteristics, package contents, price, and availability. Colours in photographs may vary slightly because of display settings.

The seller checks availability and the final amount during confirmation. If an item is unavailable or information needs clarification, the manager will offer a substitute, a revised timeframe, or cancellation without obligation for the customer.

4. Placing and confirming an order

  1. The customer adds a product to the basket and provides accurate contact and delivery details.
  2. The manager checks availability, package contents, payment and delivery methods, and confirms the final terms.
  3. Before dispatch, the customer may cancel by phone or email. After dispatch, the rules on receipt, exchange, and return apply.

5. Payment

Available methods are:

  • cash on delivery through the carrier;
  • card payment through LiqPay;
  • Monobank instalments where available for the product;
  • bank transfer using details supplied by the seller.

Bank fees and instalment terms are set by the relevant payment service or bank.

6. Delivery

Sales and delivery are available within Ukraine. Options are:

  • Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker;
  • Nova Poshta courier delivery where available;
  • collection after prior confirmation by the manager.

The website or manager confirms the timeframe, cost, and party paying for delivery. Carrier fees are paid by the party specified in the order terms and return policy.

7. Receipt and inspection

On receipt, inspect the packaging, quantity, package contents, and external condition. If an item is damaged or does not match the order, record this with the carrier, take photos or video where possible, and contact the store immediately.

Do not send an item back until the return method and recipient details are agreed; this helps us identify and process the return correctly.

8. Exchanges, returns, and refunds

You may request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days after receiving the item unless the law sets different rules for a particular product category. A good-quality item must be unused and retain its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, package contents, documents, and proof of purchase.

After the manager confirms the return details, send it to Nova Poshta branch No. 4, Voznesensk, Mykolaiv Region, Ukraine. The customer pays to return a good-quality item. For a confirmed defect, mismatch, or seller error, costs are allocated as required by law.

Refunds are made to the original payment method or another agreed method within five business days after the store receives and checks the return, and in all cases no later than the statutory limit. See Exchanges and Returns.

9. Warranty and claims

The warranty period and terms are set by the manufacturer, documentation, or product page. If no period is stated, ask the manager before ordering. For a claim, provide the order number, a description, and photos or video where possible. See Warranty.

10. Personal data

Personal data is used to process payment and delivery, provide support, and meet the seller’s legal obligations. The recipients of data and customer rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability, disputes, and changes

The parties are liable within the limits of Ukrainian law. A dispute should first be raised with the seller; if it cannot be resolved, the customer may use the remedies available under law.

The seller may amend this offer for future orders. A confirmed order is governed by the version in effect when it was placed. If translations differ, the Ukrainian text prevails.

These terms apply together with the Law of Ukraine On Electronic Commerce and the Law of Ukraine On Consumer Rights Protection.
